Why this matters?
We are building because people matter.
Every week, CPC reaches families, students, kids, and guests who are searching for hope, community, and purpose. But today, our facility is limiting our ability to welcome and disciple the people God is sending to us.
Expanding our new Worship and Community Spaces isn’t about more square footage – it’s about creating room for lives to be changed
What are we building?
This is space that will serve thousands of people for decades.
This is legacy.
A new 600-seat worship space (Theater) designed for powerful worship and clear teaching
Expanded community gathering spaces where connection can thrive
Indoor family areas for young parents and children
Dedicated areas for kids, students, and families to grow and belong
What God has done.
For more than 20 years, Center Point Church has faithfully served our city – helping people discover and live a God-centered life.
As a church family, we have planted churches, transformed schools, blessed our city, equipped families, and created a place where thousands have found hope of Christ.
Now, God is calling us to take the next faithful step – not just for today’s church, but for those who are not here yet.

One Church • One Future is Center Point Church’s next step in making room for people—especially children, families, and those still searching for hope.
This initiative is not about building a building.
It’s about expanding our ability to help people discover and live a God-centered life for generations to come.
As our community grows, space has become a limitation to our mission. This project removes that barrier so more people can experience Jesus in a safe, welcoming, life-giving environment.
God has positioned Center Point Church for this moment.
This is a season of clarity, peace, and opportunity.
We believe now is the right time to prepare space—not just for us, but for those God will send next.
The plan is simple and responsible.
We will do two things together:
Here’s the big picture:
Center Point Church has strong financial oversight through elders and a board of directors, with monthly reporting and accountability already in place.
This is faith-filled and financially wise.
You’re not alone—and you’re not behind.
Many faithful people love CPC but have never walked through something like this. That’s exactly why we’ve created a simple, pressure-free way to discern your part.
There is:
This is an invitation to pray, listen, and respond in faith.
Here’s a simple, prayerful process many families use:
1. Pray
Ask God: “What are You inviting me (or our family) to do?”
2. Talk as a Family
If you’re married or have children, include them. This can be a powerful discipleship moment.
3. Look at What You’re Able to Do
Consider how your household receives income and what is realistic over time.
4. Decide in Faith
Some give monthly, some give one-time gifts, some give annually.
What matters is obedience—not the number.
There is no required amount.
That said, many churches see people give:
A simple example:
Take your annual giving, multiply it by 1.5, and divide that total across three years. For example, if you normally give $8,000 a year, a 1.5x total would be $12,000, spread over three years—about $4,000 per year or $333 per month. This is just a guide, not a rule. Your pledge may be higher or lower. The goal is not equal gifts - it’s equal faith and participation. What is most important is to prayerfully seek God’s direction.
Giving to One Church • One Future is above and beyond regular tithes.
You can give in ways that fit your life:
All gifts are tax-deductible.
A dedicated giving option will be available online.
Life happens.
If your circumstances change during your commitment:
This is about walking together—not pressure or guilt.
Every act of faith matters.
Some will give financially.
Some will pray faithfully.
Some will encourage and serve.
Participation looks different for everyone—but everyone belongs in the story.
Thank you for being part of One Church • One Future.
This is our story—His story—being written together.
At Center Point Church, we believe generosity is not about funding projects—it’s about forming hearts.
For many people, conversations about money can feel confusing, intimidating, or even uncomfortable—especially if you’ve never been part of a season like this before. If that’s you, I want you to know this clearly: there is no pressure here.
This journey is not about equal gifts.
It’s about equal faith.
Scripture teaches us that giving is deeply spiritual. Jesus talked about money not because He needed it, but because He knew how powerfully it connects to our trust, our priorities, and our hearts. Over the years, I’ve seen time and time again that when people prayerfully step into generosity, God does something far deeper than financial provision—He brings freedom, clarity, and joy.
The steps below are meant to help you slow down, pray, and discern what obedience looks like for you or your family in this season. Take your time. Talk with your spouse. Invite your children into the conversation. Ask God to lead you.
Whatever He invites you to do, you can trust this:
He is faithful to guide you, and He will meet you there.
I’m grateful you’re here—and I’m grateful we get to walk this journey together.
With gratitude,
Pastor Jay
A 7-Step Journey into Sacrificial Giving
Rooted in Scripture. Formed by Eternity. Lived by Faith.
The journey of sacrificial giving begins with a simple truth:
God owns it all.
“The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.” — Psalm 24:1
We are not owners—we are stewards. Sacrificial giving doesn’t start with money; it starts with trust. When we acknowledge that everything belongs to God, generosity becomes an act of faith rather than loss.
What we do with money today echoes into eternity.
“Store up for yourselves treasures in heaven.” — Matthew 6:19–21
Scripture teaches that we can’t take our possessions with us—but we can invest them in what lasts forever. Sacrificial giving makes sense when we view our lives through the lens of eternity, not just the present moment.
Giving often reveals where our true security lies.
“Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” — Matthew 6:21
Transformational giving usually involves faith and risk—not convenience. God uses generosity to re-center our hearts, shifting our trust from what we have to Who holds us.
Biblical giving is always voluntary and prayerful.
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give.” — 2 Corinthians 9:7
God doesn’t manipulate or force generosity. He invites us to pray, listen, and discern. Obedience grows best in an atmosphere of freedom, clarity, and trust.
True sacrifice stretches us—but never shames us.
“They gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability.” — 2 Corinthians 8:3
Sacrifice isn’t measured by the size of a gift, but by the level of faith it requires. What looks sacrificial for one family may look different for another. God honors the heart behind the gift.
God promises joy—not pressure—on the other side of generosity.
“God loves a cheerful giver.” — 2 Corinthians 9:7
Joy doesn’t come because we receive something in return. It comes because generosity loosens money’s grip on our hearts and aligns us with God’s purposes. Freedom follows faith.
What we give today shapes generations we may never meet.
“One generation commends your works to another.” — Psalm 145:4
Sacrificial giving is about legacy. It’s about investing in God’s work so that future generations can discover hope, faith, and life in Christ. This is not just about now—it’s about what outlives us.
