One Church • One Future is Center Point Church’s next step in making room for people—especially children, families, and those still searching for hope.

This initiative is not about building a building.
It’s about expanding our ability to help people discover and live a God-centered life for generations to come.

As our community grows, space has become a limitation to our mission. This project removes that barrier so more people can experience Jesus in a safe, welcoming, life-giving environment.

God has positioned Center Point Church for this moment.

• We are debt-free
• We are financially healthy
• Our leadership is unified and aligned
• Our community is growing

This is a season of clarity, peace, and opportunity.
We believe now is the right time to prepare space—not just for us, but for those God will send next.

The plan is simple and responsible.

We will do two things together:

1. Raise money as a church family
2. Combine that generosity with a loan

Here’s the big picture:

• Total projected project cost: ~$8.5 million
• Our campaign goal is $2.5 million over three years
• Remaining amount: responsibly financed

Center Point Church has strong financial oversight through elders and a board of directors, with monthly reporting and accountability already in place.

This is faith-filled and financially wise.

You’re not alone—and you’re not behind.

Many faithful people love CPC but have never walked through something like this. That’s exactly why we’ve created a simple, pressure-free way to discern your part.

There is:

• No preset amount
• No comparison
• No obligation

This is an invitation to pray, listen, and respond in faith.

Here’s a simple, prayerful process many families use:

1. Pray
Ask God: “What are You inviting me (or our family) to do?”

2. Talk as a Family
If you’re married or have children, include them. This can be a powerful discipleship moment.

3. Look at What You’re Able to Do
Consider how your household receives income and what is realistic over time.

4. Decide in Faith
Some give monthly, some give one-time gifts, some give annually.
What matters is obedience—not the number.

There is no required amount.

That said, many churches see people give:

• A portion of one year’s income spread over three years
• One year’s tithe spread over three years
• More or less, depending on season and ability 

A simple example: 
Take your annual giving, multiply it by 1.5, and divide that total across three years. For example, if you normally give $8,000 a year, a 1.5x total would be $12,000, spread over three years—about $4,000 per year or $333 per month.This is just a guide, not a rule. Your pledge may be higher or lower. The goal is not equal gifts - it’s equal faith and participation. What is most important is to prayerfully seek God’s direction.

Giving to One Church • One Future is above and beyond regular tithes.

You can give in ways that fit your life:

• Monthly gifts
• One-time gifts
• Quarterly or annual gifts
• Automated or manual giving
• Stock, property, or vehicle donations

All gifts are tax-deductible.
A dedicated giving option will be available online.

Life happens.

If your circumstances change during your commitment:

• Pray
• Communicate with church leadership
• Adjust as needed with peace and integrity

This is about walking together—not pressure or guilt.

Every act of faith matters.

Some will give financially.
Some will pray faithfully.
Some will encourage and serve.

Participation looks different for everyone—but everyone belongs in the story.
