Did you know? Jesus never asked His followers to remember His birth, but He did instruct them to remember His death, burial, and resurrection. One of the visible symbols He gave the church as reminders of these things is baptism. Baptism is the public expression of a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Baptism doesn’t make you a Christian, but it demonstrates that you already believe.
“And when you were baptized, it was the same as being buried with Christ. Then you were raised to life because you had faith in the power of God, who raised Christ from death.” – Colossians 2:12 (CEV)
“This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!” – 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NLT)
Growing up and growing at CPC is as easy as 1-2-3 with our Discover CPC Class!
Discover CPC is a 2-hour class taught by pastors and church leaders that ends with an opportunity to become a covenant member of Center Point Church. We will discuss and answer questions about who we are as a church, our core beliefs and values, as well as how we grow together as Christ-followers and ways to find your place of ministry here. Childcare will be provided.
Next class: April 18 at 10:31am
Volunteers are the heart of Center Point Church ministries. It takes an army of committed volunteers each week in every area to allow us to fulfill our mission of helping others discover and live a God-centered life.
If you are a Christ-follower and a member of Center Point Church, we believe you are one of God's gifts to this family, and we would love to help you find your place to serve. In addition to Bible Study through Home Teams, our Men's and Women's Ministries offer Midweek Bible Studies throughout the year. We offer women's and men's studies during the Spring and Fall and then in the summer everyone meets together for a pastor-led study. While the adults are gathered for Bible Study, we also have age-specific midweek programming for our children and preteen ministries.
Our Midweek Bible Studies meet on Tuesday nights at 7:00pm. Check out our Men and Women's Ministry pages to learn more about current or upcoming Bible studies.
7th - 12th Grade Students have a service on Wednesday Nights at 7pm called Recharge. Students will experience food, fellowship, worship, a message, and grade-specific small groups.
