The Center Point Church Financial Assistance Program provides short-term financial support for active members and regular attenders of Center Point Church, and for individuals referred by our community partners. Assistance is designed to help with essential living needs during temporary hardship.
Please complete this fillable online application and submit the application and all required items listed on the application to: info@centerpointchurch.com. If you do not have access to a computer, you can pick up an application to complete, then return it and all required items to the office during business hours. Please note that we are not set up for emergency same-day assistance. Once your completed application and supporting documents are received, our review process may take 3–5 business days.
