Church Center is a mobile app and web platform that gives you easy access to your personal profile, household information, and church communications—all in one place. 

You can:

  • View church announcements and info
  • Stay up to date on ministry news
  • Update your contact and household details
  • Prepare for future features like volunteer scheduling, giving, and more

How do I get started?

 

1. Download the Church Center app

2. Open the app and search for our church

Use your church name or zip code to find us.

3. Log in using your phone number or email

You’ll receive a one-time secure login code—no password to remember!

4. Update your contact and household information

Once you're logged in, tap your profile picture and select "My profile" to make sure your email, phone, address, and household members are up to date.

 

Is my information secure?

Yes. Church Center is built by Planning Center, a trusted and secure platform used by thousands of churches nationwide. Your data is encrypted and never shared without your consent.

 

Will this transition affect my giving?

We’re excited to announce that we're transitioning our online giving platform from PushPay to PCO Giving through Church Center. This change allows us not only to save money with processing fees, but empowers all of us at CPC to be better stewards of the resources God has blessed us with. Please note: Beginning September 1, all online giving through our website or the CPC App will be handled through Church Center, our new and improved giving platform. 

To make this transition simple, we’ve created this quick step-by-step guide that walks you through:

 

How do the processing fees for PCO Giving compare to what we had with CCB Giving (PushPay)?

Switching to PCO Giving through Stripe significantly reduces processing fees—especially for ACH and credit card transactions. This means more of each gift goes directly to ministry impact instead of processing costs.

 

I read that ACH transactions will save the church money. How does that work? 

Credit card fees add up quickly for organizations. Card gifts cost 2.15 % + 30¢. ACH costs the church only 30¢ per transaction, with no percentage fee. Choosing ACH keeps fees low, so more of every dollar you give furthers ministry impact. Here's a guide to setting up giving using bank ACH to help you get started.

 

How do I update my profile information?

Option 1: Church Center App (mobile)

1. Open the Church Center app.

2. Tap Profile (your photo/initials, usually in the top-right or in the menu.

3. Tap My Profile.

4. Tap Edit (or the pencil icon).

5. Review and update the following as needed:

  • Name (first/last)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Home address

6. Click Household or Family to:

  • Confirm household members are correct
  • Update relationships if needed 

7. Tap Save.

 

Option 2: Web Browser (computer or phone browser)

1. Go to centerpointchurch.churchcenter.com.

2. Click Log In.

3. Sign in using your phone number or email (follow the prompts).

4. Click your Profile (name/photo/initials).

5. Select My Profile. 

6. Click Edit.

7. Review and update:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Home address
  • Household/Familly info (if shown)

8. Click Save.
